COVID-19 STATEMENT TO CUSTOMERS
Dear Silver Springs Water Customer/Member,
As the global effect of coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, Silver Springs Water is firmly committed to the health and safety of our customers, members and employees, and serving our communities. We are closely monitoring the changing situation, and complying with public health guidance. As many of you have noticed, most supermarkets and stores do NOT have water when you go there to shop for it! As a result, we’ve taken steps to increase our production and meet your water needs! The health of our employees, team members and customers, as always, remains our highest priority. To that end, we’ve put the following measures in place:
- Sanitation has been enhanced throughout our facility, with dedicated cleaning teams sanitizing high-touch surfaces multiple times per day.
- Work areas in our production facility have been separated as much as possible to ensure social distancing between employees.
- Our Delivery Drivers maintain good hygiene practices and other preventative measures that include cleaning hands often and avoiding close contact with people who are sick.
We will continue to deliver to your home and office where required, however for the safety of our customers, members and employees our drivers will avoid close contact. Please phone our office for any changes in your water delivery needs and leave your empty bottles outside! And help your neighbors by referring them to us to sign up for home delivery and you will get 2 x 5 gallons of free water.
